Kempt Professional Organizing is a local business providing organizing services for the Birmingham, Alabama metropolitan area. We help busy individuals and families transform their lives through organizing their homes and offices.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are passionate about organization and enjoy creating functional and beautiful spaces

  • Are professional, responsible, dependable, discreet, respectful, polite and a good listener

  • Have a positive, can-do attitude, lots of energy and excellent attention to detail

  • Are friendly, compassionate, non-judgmental and love helping others

  • Are motivated, reliable, punctual and loyal

  • Willing to get dirty, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, navigate stairs and have no physical limitations

  • Are a licensed driver with a vehicle

  • Have a flexible schedule (there are no set or guaranteed hours) and able to work Monday through Friday with very occasional weekends. Session length averages four hours.
